The Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA LA) released a Request for Qualifications under their Non-Profit Support Grant Program for up to $50,000 for the development of an affordable housing unit within a CRA redevelopment area and the RFQ is due at the end of October:
The Community Redevelopment CRA/LA of the City of Los Angeles, California (the "CRA/LA") is please to request applications from non-profit housing development corporations for funding under the CRA/LA's Non-Profit Operating Support Grant ("NPO") program. The NPO program will provide operating support grants for one year in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per organization. The source of funds will be the Low and Moderate Income Housing Trust Funds from the project areas that will be particiating or other CRA/LA sources as may be indentified.
