Standing Against the Enemy

by Tony Chavira

But who exactly are they defending themselves against?

Cold-hearted opportunism.  Clearly, the times are exciting enough to laugh and get rowdy about training to buy up everyone's foreclosed homes.  Afterall, people losing are losing their homes at amazing rates... the sooner they lose them, the sooner you can "add another zero to your paycheck."

One thing:  The first video is referring to residential homes, the second one is commercial real estate collapse, which hasn’t happened yet.

The commercial real estate collapse may make the residential bubble look like child’s play in terms of rocking our financial system.  Can’t blame ACORN, the Community Reinvestment Act or Barney Frank for that one.

Hi Dave, I’m only making a point of showing that this form of opportunism incentivizes realtors who think they can quickly sell foreclosed homes into forcing out the residents who live there in a hurry.

But if you need a better example, try this one on for size: http://vimeo.com/13537729
